

It is the worst experience ever with trying to obtain an expensive piece thats paid for. They cant even provide an estimated day and time window to plan the delivery. They (Tuscany 3PL) don’t offer scheduling for the delivery though the text said they do. Though I receive a text to call the carrier and schedule delivery as my item is ready for delivery, every-time I call the carrier I get the run around and say someone will call be back by end of business and no one calls. I have had the worst experience!!!! Not sure who Z Gallerie outsource there delivery of furniture with in the Baton Rouge, LA area, but I’m having a challenge with scheduling the delivery of my Reflection mirror that was order in November. So beware out there of Zgallery and their scams!!

I called & still waiting for my FULL refund & resolution to this nightmare! For, now they are telling me that there is a 50% restock fee for custom made furniture which makes absolutely no sense when the items were never in stock or made in the 1st place so how can a restock fee be charged? Plus their their website shows a restock fee of 25% if anything not 50% which they still have failed to provide proof of. So the store manager told me that I was eligible for a FULL Refund since they did not keep their end of the deal & gave me customer service number to cancel. Perfect, I thought til I received another email later informing that now delivery will be late February/early March. I was told the remainder of my order would ship at the end of Dec & delivered in January. To begin with, I only received 1 sofa in Nov which was WET. I placed an order in October for a living room & dining room chairs. My experience with this company thus far has been horrible! 1. This is my 1st & last time ordering with Zgallerie. Sell what you can deliver in a timely manner and COMMUNICATE with your customers! You are using our money like a bank to fund your issues and quickly have ruined your once very reputable name.

Z Gallerie - don't sell something you can't come through with on the other side, you have had MANY complaints on so many levels, you mine as well hang it up. So I filed with the Better Business Bureau seeing that I was one of MANY having issues, and am filing a dispute with my credit card company and bank so they know to fight this with me. My neighbors bought a custom couch order from Joy Bird recently and got it with in two weeks, great customer service, and yet here I am with a crickets on the other line with Z Gallerie who KNOWS they are selling you a rip off of time and then saying no returns and tough luck baby. Had I known it was going to take 7 months or MORE, or maybe never, and that I would have to fight for a refund on something I NEVER RECEIVED, I would NEVER have bought this. I was told it was something to do with the fabric. I learned that it comes out of Mexico which with the border issues and supply chain, you mine as well hang it up to even see an order arrive at all. and even then no guarantee it will arrive. I have had NO updates from Z Gallerie by phone, email, or mail and found out after checking with customer service myself that it has now been delayed until LATE JULY. The pillow order that I bought to throw on the couch arrived, but the couch itself is not here and they still have over $4000 of my money that included tax and delivery of the couch itself. yes, LAST year, and still it has not arrived as of April 2022 as promised.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a couch and pillows for over $4600 in December 2021.
